All Users

  1. Go to the registration page
  2. Enter your first name, last name, e-mail address, company name, industry, promotion code (optional) and newsletter settings
  3. Press the Submit button
  1. Go to the login page
  2. Enter your e-mail address and password
  3. Press the Log In button

Alternatively you can sign in using the Sign in with Google button.

  1. Go to the login page
  2. Press the Forgotten your password? link
  3. Enter your e-mail address
  4. Press the Submit button
  5. You will be e-mailed a temporary password

E-cards are an optional extra that allow you and your team to send messages to each other to celebrate great work and milestones. If you are a manager, you can purchase this upgrade in the shop

  1. Go to the e-card page
  2. Enter the user you want to send an e-card to, a message and select an ecard
  3. Review your e-card with the preview
  4. Press the Send button
  5. An e-mail containing your e-card has now been sent
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Profile
  3. Change your details in the Profile form
  4. Press the the Update button
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Profile
  3. Press the Password section header
  4. Enter your current password and new password
  5. Press the Submit button
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Profile
  3. Press the Newletter section header
  4. Uncheck the box labelled Would you like to receive Carrot Exchange e-mails?
  5. Press the Update button
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My History .

All e-mails sent to you by the Carrot Exchange will be displayed in the table. You can view an e-mail by pressing the View button at the end of the row

  2. Go to My History .
  3. Press the Orders tab

All of the orders that you have placed on The Carrot Exchange will be displayed in the table. You can view more information about each by pressing the View button

  2. Go to My History
  3. Press the Statement tab

All transactions into and out of your account are displayed in the table.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Press the Feedback link in the footer of the page
  3. Type your feedback and let us know if you would like to talk to us about it
  4. Press the Send button

Managers

The welcome page contains a collection of stats to help you make the most of The Carrot Exchage.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Company
  3. Press the Add Team Member button to the righthand side of the content panel
  4. Enter the details for the team member. Theses are First Name, Last Name, E-mail Address, Date of Birth, and Date of Employment
  5. Press the Submit button
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Buy Codes
  3. Use the input box or "+" and "-" to select the quantity of each code value that you want
  4. Press the Checkout button
  5. Review your order details and billing address
  6. Press the Pay By Card button
  7. Complete the card details

Your codes are now ready to send to your team.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Send a Code Card
  3. Search for the team member you wish to reward, select an E-card, the value of code you wish to send (or choose to pick a random one) and type a message to your team member
  4. Press the Send button

We currently have the following upgrades available:

  • Activate Tax Reports
  • Remove Adverts
  • Upload Company Logo
  • Enable E-cards

All upgrades are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Buy Codes
  3. Press the Add button next to the upgrade(s) that you want
  4. Press the Checkout button
  5. Review your order details and billing address
  6. Press the Pay By Card button
  7. Complete the card details

The upgrades are now ready. For the company logo upgrade you will have to go to My Company - Settings to upload the logo.

  2. Go to My Company
  3. Press the Edit button at the end of the row of the team member you wish to edit
  4. Update the details for the team member.
  5. Press the Update button
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to My Company
  3. Press the Delete Team Member button to the righthand side of the content panel
  4. Select the Team Member that you wish to delete
  5. Press the Submit button

We offer reports on the number of logins, shop activity and codes. Addionally you can purchase the tax report upgrade.

Tax reports are a paid for upgrade. Once you have purchased them you can view them by going Company and pressing the Tax tab.

You can change your company name or upload a logo (premium upgrade) by going to Company - Settings .

Team Members

The welcome page contains a Leader board, league table (based on the amount of codes you and your team have received), and 5 of our top rewards to inspire you to work harder and earn more codes.

Spin the Carrot is a game where you spin a virtual carrot to see what you have won. You need to enter the code that you are e-mailed and submit the entry form to play.

Every code is a winning code, so all you have to do is spin.

We are nice at The Carrot Exchange, so every month we give members the opportunity to win up to £100

The free game is odds based, using true randomness to ensure fairness.

Winnings can be spent in the shop and are valid for 6 months.
